# Bewaartermijnen instellen

**Resultaat**: vernietigingsdatum van een overeenkomst wordt automatisch berekend.

De vernietigingsdatum wordt bepaald op basis van de **einddatum** van de overeenkomst en de geselecteerde **bewaarstatus**. iedere bewaarstatus heeft een bijbehorende bewaartermijn. Deze is door de functioneel beheerder ingesteld.

#### Bewaarstatus selecteren voor een overeenkomst

* Open de overeenkomst waarvan je een bewaarstatus wilt selecteren
* selecteer in het veld "Bewaarstatus" de gewenste bewaarstatus.

Het systeem zal nu een vernietigingsdatum weergeven.

Niet iedere bewaarstatus leidt tot een vernietigingsdatum. In overeenkomst hoeft niet altijd te worden vernietigd.

#### Vernietigingsdatum uitstellen

1. Zet binnen de overeenkomst **Vernietigingsdatum uitstellen** aan
2. Vul **Nieuwe vernietigingsdatum** en **Toelichting uitstel** in.
