# Niet de juiste rechten zichtbaar na instellen

**Situatie:** De juiste rechten zijn niet zichtbaar als het account de juiste rechten toegekend heeft gekregen.

**Oorzaak:** De medewerker heeft twee accounts. Het account zonder de juiste toegekende rechten staat bovenaan en wordt als standaard geladen bij het inloggen.

**Oplossing:** Voeg de twee accounts samen via [**Gebruikersbeheer → Dubbele invoer samenvoegen**.](/functioneel-beheer/how-to../gebruikers-en-rechten-beheren/medewerkers-beheren.md#dubbele-invoer-samenvoegen) Het account mét de juiste ingestelde rechten blijft over.

**Tip:** Een dubbel account ontstaat wanneer beheerder(s) dezelfde medewerker onafhankelijk van elkaar aanmaken. Spreek intern af wie verantwoordelijk is voor het aanmaken van nieuwe medewerkers, of controleer altijd eerst of een medewerker al bestaat.
