# Excel onderleggers niet opgeslagen

oude versies van Excel-onderleggers komen terug terwijl deze wel zijn opgeslagen in TotalLink

## Probleem

Bij het werken met Excel-onderleggers lijkt het soms alsof wijzigingen niet zijn opgeslagen in TotalLink. Oude waarden verschijnen opnieuw of recent ingevoerde wijzigingen lijken verdwenen.

## Oorzaak

Wanneer een Excel-onderlegger vanuit TotalLink wordt geopend, wordt deze tijdelijk opgeslagen op de lokale schijf van uw computer.

Na het aanbrengen van wijzigingen moeten deze worden opgeslagen via de Bewaar-knop (diskette-icoon) in TotalLink. Op dat moment wordt de nieuwste versie naar de TotalLink-server gestuurd en in de cloud opgeslagen.

Als de Excel-onderlegger later niet via TotalLink wordt geopend, maar via “Recente bestanden” in Excel, of rechtstreeks vanuit de verkenner, dan wordt een lokaal opgeslagen (oudere) versie geopend. Dit is de versie zonder de meest recente wijzigingen. Hierdoor lijkt het alsof wijzigingen niet zijn opgeslagen in TotalLink.

Wanneer deze oudere versie vervolgens opnieuw wordt opgeslagen in TotalLink, wordt deze overschreven als de nieuwste versie. De eerder aangepaste (juiste) versie wordt dan als een oudere versie in de historie geplaatst.

## Oplossing

#### Voorkomen

Open Excel-onderleggers altijd via TotalLink en niet via “Recente bestanden” in Excel.

#### Herstellen van een oudere versie

Is er per ongeluk een oude versie opgeslagen? Volg dan deze stappen:

1. Open het betreffende (deel)project in TotalLink.
2. Ga naar het tabblad Documenten.
3. Zoek het document waarvan de titel begint met "Onderlegger".
4. Klik op het groene uitklappijltje.
5. Download de juiste versie uit het historieoverzicht.
6. Sla deze opnieuw op via de Bewaar-knop (diskette-icoon).

De juiste (oudere) versie wordt hiermee weer als nieuwste versie opgeslagen.
